AMC Chief Executive Adam Aron again singled out Robinhood Chief Executive Vlad Tenev and Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher in a post on X, saying Robinhood had previously backed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's position on U.S. stock tokenization. According to ChainCatcher, Aron said tokenized stocks should carry voting rights and that companies should be able to opt out.

Aron also said it would be hypocritical if Robinhood did not apply the same principles to its overseas business. He urged the company not to contradict the SEC's stance or openly defy and provoke the regulator.
