According to Sina Finance, New Zealand solar power operator Lodestone Energy plans to list on the New Zealand Stock Exchange next month through an IPO. New Zealand Exchange filings said the offer is expected to open on September 29, with the listing date set for October 22.

According to Sina Finance, the filings show Lodestone may have more than 206 million shares outstanding after the offering, with a reference issue price of NZ$2.25 per share. The company said on its website that it plans to raise NZ$75 million to NZ$100 million through a new share issue, with no existing shares being sold. The proceeds will be used to build new solar power stations, expand its customer base, and for general corporate purposes.
