Cypherpunk Technologies has added Amanda Fabiano to its board as the company scales its Zcash-focused strategy. Fabiano brings experience from Nakamoto, TeraWulf, Galaxy and Fidelity, with a background spanning digital-asset mining and infrastructure operations.
The appointment comes shortly after Cypherpunk launched its U.S.-based Zcash mining operation with approximately 4.2 GSol/s of deployed hashrate. âïž The company said its mining fleet generated 3,023.13 ZEC in rewards between August 18 and August 31, with the mined ZEC added directly to its corporate treasury.
Cypherpunk is building around three main privacy-focused activities: mining Zcash, accumulating ZEC through open-market purchases, and investing in privacy technologies.
