🚹 XRP Exchange Supply Just Hit a 7-Year Low đŸ€Ż

Something interesting is happening with XRP that the price chart alone doesn’t show.

Recent on-chain data indicates that the amount of XRP held on centralized exchanges has fallen to around 1.6–1.7 billion tokens — reportedly the lowest level in roughly seven years.

That’s a huge change from the 3.76 billion XRP peak recorded in October 2025.

So where is all that XRP going?

A large portion appears to be moving away from exchanges and into longer-term holdings. When investors withdraw assets from trading platforms, it can reduce the amount immediately available for selling and trading.

A few developments stand out:

‱ Institutional demand: XRP investment products and ETFs have been absorbing significant amounts of supply.

‱ Whale accumulation: Large wallets continue to hold a substantial share of circulating XRP.

‱ RLUSD growth: Ripple’s stablecoin liquidity is becoming increasingly concentrated on the XRP Ledger.

The important part is the supply sitting on exchanges.

If exchange balances continue declining while demand increases, the available liquidity could become much thinner. That doesn’t automatically mean XRP must move higher, but it can make the market more sensitive to sudden demand.

For now, XRP remains in a consolidation phase.

But if this supply trend continues, the bigger question may not be how much XRP is being bought

It may be how much XRP is actually left available for buyers when demand suddenly returns. 👀

What do you think — are whales preparing for the next major XRP move?
