AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. Chief Executive Officer Adam Aron and Robinhood Markets Inc. co-founder Vlad Tenev are clashing over who can create a tradable version of a public company’s stock, according to Bloomberg.

The dispute comes five years after Aron and Tenev emerged as two of the defining figures of the meme-stock boom.
