Something interesting is happening behind Bitcoinâs latest recovery â institutional money is coming back.
On August 25, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded around $314.3M in net inflows.
But the eye-catching part?
BlackRockâs IBIT alone attracted about $284.4M, meaning it accounted for roughly 90% of the dayâs total ETF inflows.
That doesnât automatically mean Bitcoin is guaranteed to keep going higher. But it does show that large investors are becoming active again after a period of weaker ETF demand.
Bitcoin has also pushed back toward the $80K area, while ETF flows have remained positive for several consecutive sessions.
For me, the bigger story isnât one green day.
Itâs whether this institutional demand can continue.
If ETF inflows remain strong while BTC holds higher levels, the market could have a much stronger foundation than a simple short-term pump.
