Stanley Druckenmiller, founder of Duquesne Family Office, bought 4.1 million shares of high-performance computing company Bitdeer Technologies Group in the second quarter, with a holding value of more than $64.7 million and an average purchase price of $12.26. According to ChainCatcher, Bitdeer produces cryptocurrency mining hardware and operates data centers in the U.S. and other regions.
Druckenmiller also bought 2.9 million shares of Hyperliquid Strategies, a digital asset treasury company tied to HYPE, with a holding value of $23.1 million, giving him indirect exposure to HYPE. Hyperliquid Strategies aims to provide U.S. and institutional investors with access to HYPE token-related investments.
The filing also showed that Jane Street and Citadel increased their BTDR holdings in the same period, while BlackRock, State Street, and Citadel added to PURR in the second quarter. HYPE previously rose to an all-time high after related compliance progress was reported.
