Recently, I noticed something interesting while using Binance P2P: alongside a trader’s nickname, the interface can also display their real name.

It looks like a tiny detail, but for P2P transactions, it can become another useful checkpoint.

When selling $USDT, users now have an additional piece of information to compare with the payment sender before releasing crypto.

For buyers, it may also help identify situations where the payment information doesn’t seem consistent with the person shown in the order.

Of course, a real name alone doesn’t make a transaction automatically safe.

But it gives us one more thing to verify:

Right person. Right payment. Right order.

Sometimes the smallest UI changes can make the biggest difference when they encourage users to check before confirming.

For you, what do you think the Real Name display helps most with?
