我刚核对了 SEC 最新公布的会议页面：9月17日，SEC 将举行一场关于美股向24小时交易演进的圆桌会议，讨论夜间交易准备、系统韧性，以及市场扩容带来的机会与挑战。

这件事对普通投资者真正的影响，不只是“半夜也能买股票”。

第一，突发消息可能更快反映到价格里。以前很多消息要等盘前或开盘消化，以后反应窗口可能更短。

第二，夜间流动性未必理想。成交少、价差大时，看起来可以交易，不代表价格划算。

第三，先受益的可能是基础设施。券商、交易所、做市、清算和行情数据系统，都要为更长交易时段升级。
