🔻 ALLO just dropped 24% in a single session. $86M in volume. 4H RSI hit 27.8. Every instinct says "buy the dip." Every instinct would be wrong right now. Here's why I'm sitting on my hands.
The most expensive lesson in crypto is learning the difference between "oversold" and "still falling."
🔍 The Setup
ALLO is at $0.377 after getting absolutely dumped. The 4H RSI at 27.8 screams oversold — and it IS oversold on that timeframe. But the daily RSI at 43.3 tells you there's plenty more room to fall before we hit true daily oversold territory, which is below 30.
Price is trading below BOTH the 4H SMA7 at $0.42 and SMA25 at $0.48. That's not support — that's overhead resistance forming above your head. Every trapped buyer from today's session is going to sell into any bounce, creating a ceiling.
The $86M volume confirms heavy distribution. Big players are exiting, not accumulating.
📋 Trade Plan
→ NO ENTRY right now. I'm watching, not trading.
→ If you MUST be in this trade, the only viable setup is a scalping bounce play:
- Entry: $0.28-$0.32 — another 15-25% below current price
- Stop loss: $0.22 — strict. If this breaks, there's no floor.
- TP1: $0.45 — bounce back to today's breakdown zone
- Risk/reward: 1.9:1
⚠️ Why so bearish? Three reasons:
1. Volume is flowing OUT, not in. Whale activity confirms large-scale exits.
2. Funding rate is negative — shorts are paying longs, meaning the market is positioned for more downside.
3. In a FGI-27 market, weak assets get punished hardest. ALLO just showed it's weak.
The only thing I'm waiting for: a multi-day base formation with declining volume followed by a higher low. Until I see that, this is a clean "no" from me.
