$BTC DORMANT ADDRESSES ARE WAKING UP — 17,527 BTC MOVED IN JUNE 🔥
A wallet inactive since 2011 just transferred 30 BTC. This is part of a broader pattern: 31 dormant addresses moved 17,527 BTC last month, up from just 5 addresses in February. The shift coincides with a New York lawsuit seeking to claim 3.7 million BTC from long-dormant wallets under unclaimed property law.
Legal experts argue the case is weak — mere inactivity does not prove abandonment. Most of these coins could be lost or intentionally held. Still, the spike in on-chain activity warrants close observation.
Will this legal pressure force more old coins into motion?
Not financial advice. Always manage your risk.
