但风险机制值得认真看。Tether在此前官方声明中明确说过，它可以应执法请求限制与违法活动有关的USDT地址；这是发行方控制层。Monero官方文档则提醒，自己保管私有支付密钥和助记词时，资金安全责任也在自己。XMR的默认链上隐私，不能替你保护泄露的助记词，也不能让来源不明的签名设备变安全。反过来，USDT的冻结能力可能协助追赃，但不自动等于受害人已获赔。这是两套不同的安全边界，不是“稳定币出事就必然利好XMR”的单向资金公式。
