VanEck在纳斯达克推出美国首只现货BNB ETP，代码VBNB，管理费0.39%。这不是小打小闹——这意味着美国传统金融市场的机构资金，现在可以名正言顺地通过合规渠道配置BNB了。以前机构想买BNB，得开币安账户、管私钥、过合规审查，门槛高得离谱。现在？券商账户直接买，和买苹果股票一模一样。

这件事的深层意义，很多人低估了。

第一，BNB是币安生态的原生代币，币安是全球交易量最大的交易所。ETP打通之后，美国养老金、共同基金、家族办公室这些以前碰不了BNB的资金，现在都有了合规入口。这不是炒币，这是资产配置。
