ICE (owner of the NYSE) just took a stake in a team running markets on $HYPE's Hyperliquid.
They're planning US-regulated perps built on Hyperliquid's tech. If you don't know, perps = perpetual futures, bets on price that never expire. Hyperliquid is the biggest on-chain venue for them right now.
Wall Street isn't watching from the sidelines anymore. They're plugging in.
Meanwhile, Hyperliquid keeps feeding its own token. Another $15.9M just hit the fund that buys $HYPE off the market. Last month's allocation got spent in ~36 hours.
One issue: US side still needs CFTC approval. Not live yet.
But when the NYSE owner shows up, you notice.
Is this Wall Street finally going all-in on crypto, or will regulators choke it out before launch?
