Hennepin County has charged journalists James O'Keefe and Cam Higby with felony unlawful voting and identity theft. The charges come after the pair exposed alleged irregularities at a Minneapolis polling place. O'Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, and Higby now face serious criminal counts in what appears to be a direct response to their investigative work on election procedures.
