JPMorgan’s $7B-a-day platform just put its token on $ETH , and $ETH is already outrunning $BTC today. So what is JPM Coin, and is it actually bullish for $ETH ? JPM Coin (JPMD) is not a stablecoin. It’s a token backed by real dollar deposits held at JPMorgan, usable only by approved institutional clients. It launched on Base in Nov 2025, and as of Monday it’s live on Ethereum mainnet too. The scale is the story. JPMorgan’s Kinexys platform has handled over $4T in cumulative transactions, and the bank’s tokenized money market funds already sit on Ethereum (launched Dec 2025 and May 2026). Is it bullish? For the narrative, yes: a top US bank picking Ethereum for its on-chain liquidity is a strong signal. For direct demand, not much yet. JPMD needs no ETH beyond gas fees, there’s no retail access, and JPMorgan also plans native issuance on Canton. $ETH is up ~3.5% near $2,430, which likely reflects narrative buying. The real test is how much JPMD actually circulates on Ethereum in the coming months. #BTC Price Analysis# #Altcoin Season# #Macro Insights#
