$BDX : 1.82 BILLION TOKENS UNDER A TWO-YEAR RELEASE SUSPENSION — BUT THERE’S AN IMPORTANT DETAIL

Beldex announced a major change to its token allocation schedule on October 16, 2026.

The project is suspending scheduled quarterly releases from its remaining Ecosystem Development and Seed & VC allocations for two years, covering September 30, 2026, through September 30, 2028.

According to the official disclosure, the designated wallets held approximately 1.82 billion $BDX as of June 30, 2026.

The breakdown:

• Ecosystem Development: 1.60776 billion BDX

• Seed & VC: 214.5 million BDX

The suspension changes the planned release schedule. It does not reduce total supply, burn tokens, or affect BDX already circulating in the market.

One particularly important detail: these tokens are not secured by a protocol-enforced cryptographic timelock.

The restriction is an allocation-management commitment by the project. The designated wallets are not multisignature wallets.

That distinction matters when evaluating supply transparency and execution risk.

Beldex also continues developing privacy-focused infrastructure, including confidential assets, an EVM-compatible sidechain, and cross-chain interoperability.

However, planned infrastructure development is separate from measurable token demand.

The metrics to monitor are designated wallet balances, unexpected transfers, circulating supply changes, and actual network usage.

Two-year release suspension: announced.

Cryptographically enforced lock: no.

Guaranteed price impact: not established.
