AIsa said Tether and HIVEN joined as strategic investors in AIsa's completed seed extension round. The round brings AIsa's total funding to more than $9 million. AIsa said its infrastructure connects enterprise AI agents to external resources through a governed network combining access, usage metering, billing and settlement.
