The $DATA Network is moving its Trace registry onto $SUI, bringing more than 250 million rights-cleared training-data contributions into the Sui ecosystem.

Walrus will become the default storage layer, allowing the original data files to be stored with encryption and access limited to licensed users.
DATA Network will also become a native protocol on Sui, while its independent chain is retired, with DATA moving to Sui on a 1:1 basis.
Sui Foundation is committing $30 million to the network, adding another layer to the partnership.
