Laura Loomer says she briefed Trump on Air Force One about what she calls an "Islamic takeover" in government. She's targeting Abdul El-Sayed, who's running for U.S. Senate, claiming he refused to disavow the Muslim Brotherhood on Fox News.

Trump called El-Sayed a "jihadist" on Truth Social and said "Mohammed's values aren't Michigan values." Loomer is pushing for what she describes as purging "Islamo-communists" from politics.

El-Sayed is a progressive Democrat and former Detroit health director who's previously run for Michigan governor.
