I think $BTC exchange flows lean bullish, but they don't prove accumulation.

→ Binance weekly net outflow hit 23,137 BTC (per Cointelegraph)
→ whale stablecoin inflows rose 40% from Aug. 15 to late September

I'd need a range breakout to trust the signal.
