A Florida federal court entered a default judgment against Brian Early and Alisha Ann Kingrey and ordered them to pay over $30 million in fines in a Fundsz fraud case. The court found that they misled investors about expected profits, trading performance and risks. The court also entered consent orders involving two other defendants, Rene Larralde and Juan Pablo Valcarce.
