Code can be copied but culture cannot ⚡️
When I look at communities around $BONK and $PENGU, the part I find hardest to copy is their accumulated culture.
Web3 culture can spread quickly, but its deeper context takes much longer to form, and a team can reproduce code and mechanics far faster than it can reproduce the meaning a community has built around them.
Shared history is especially difficult to manufacture.
That’s why the $TRUMP Coin Club interests me through this lens.
Through IRL events, they bring attendees together through multi-day experiences.
Imo a cultural moat develops through completed chapters that people recognize as their own.
That is the part of the Club’s events strategy I would keep watching.
