The board is putting the proposal to a shareholder vote on October 28.
If approved:
- Every calendar day becomes a dividend record date
- Declared dividends are paid the next business day
- Dividend rates and total obligations stay unchanged
STRC could begin daily payouts on November 2, 2026, with STRF, STRK, and STRD following from January 4, 2027.
This does NOT increase the dividend. It only changes how often holders get paid.
Importantly, holders of these preferred shares do NOT vote on the proposal.
The changes would take effect after approval and Strategy’s Delaware filing.
