Elon Musk’s X is moving ahead with plans to expand cryptocurrency trading on the platform.

The Social Media Company, formerly known as Twitter, has introduced a new feature that allows U.S. users to trade digital assets through partner platforms, including Interactive Brokers and Gemini.

Users can tap a cryptocurrency tag such as $BTC on X and select the “Trade” option. They are then redirected to a participating platform, where they can buy or sell Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies.
