Tether is pushing USDT back onto Bitcoin through Utexo. Utexo CEO Viktor Ihnatiuk said he met Morgan Stanley to discuss adoption in Europe and globally. Morgan Stanley has not announced a formal partnership with Utexo. The product is not yet live for most users.
