🚨 Bitget Wallet Activity is Drawing Attention ⚠️
Onchain data appears to show more than $170M in crypto moving from Bitget hot and cold wallets to a single address within the past hour, including $ETH, USDT, USDC, AVAX and BNB.
The destination address does not appear to be identified as a #Bitget wallet and has also made multiple onchain swaps.
What Bitget says is confirmed:
▪️ Cold wallets are secure
▪️ User balances remain accurate
▪️ Losses are covered by the User Protection Fund, with more than $464M available
▪️ Withdrawals are paused, while deposits and trading remain live
▪️ A full incident report is promised within 24 hours
Transparency started on-chain, now the exchange has to finish the job! 🫰
