Many beginners think discipline means knowing when to enter. But sometimes the most important decision is knowing when to stay out. Here are 5 situations where stepping back may be wiser than forcing a trade:
1️⃣ When you are emotional. Fear, greed, anger, and the desire to recover a loss can distort your decisions.
2️⃣ When you don't understand the setup. If you cannot explain why you are entering a trade, pause.
3️⃣ When you are chasing a sudden price move. A coin pumping does not automatically mean you should buy it.
4️⃣ When your risk is unclear. Before entering, know what you are risking. If you cannot define your risk, you may be taking a position you haven't properly evaluated.
5️⃣ When you feel pressured to act NOW "Last chance!” “Don't miss this!” “Guaranteed opportunity!” Pressure is not a substitute for research.
🔑 REMEMBER. No trade is also a decision. The market will continue producing opportunities. You don't have to participate in every one. Sometimes protecting your capital and waiting for a clearer situation is part of the strategy.
