Bitcoin is going through a high-volatility phase, with traders watching both regulatory developments and the upcoming Federal Reserve decision.

The biggest headline was the CLARITY Act vote in the U.S. Senate. On September 15, the bill failed to advance after a 50–49 vote, falling short of the 60 votes required to proceed. Bitcoin subsequently came under selling pressure and briefly traded below $75,000.

But regulation is not the only factor affecting BTC.

📊 Bitcoin ETF flows have also turned negative

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $462.7 million in net outflows from September 8–11, ending a three-week streak of inflows.

This does not automatically mean that institutional investors have abandoned Bitcoin. ETF flows can change quickly, so they need to be viewed together with price action, volume and broader market conditions.

🇺🇸 The Fed is now the next major catalyst

The Federal Reserve's policy decision is scheduled for September 16. Markets are closely watching the decision and, importantly, the Fed's guidance on future interest rates.

Higher-for-longer rates can put pressure on risk assets, while a more supportive policy outlook could change market sentiment.

👀 What I am watching

• BTC support and resistance levels

• Spot Bitcoin ETF inflows and outflows

• Trading volume

• Open interest and liquidations

• Federal Reserve decision and guidance

• Treasury yields

• Overall market liquidity

The market is giving mixed signals right now. Instead of assuming that BTC must either pump or crash, it makes more sense to watch how price, volume, ETF flows and macro data develop together.

The next few days could be important for Bitcoin.

What do you think — will BTC recover after the Fed decision, or will sellers remain in control? 👇
