Activity Time: A Small Feature With a Bigger Problem?

Positive or negative, Binance’s Activity Time limitation feels negative to me.

Why?

Because limiting how long an account can be “present” and active on the platform inevitably reduces the freedom of participation.

The more we limit when and how an account can exist, interact, and contribute, the further we move away from the idea of decentralization.

But wait…

I almost forgot.

We’re talking about Binance. 😂

So perhaps I’m asking for decentralization in the wrong neighborhood.

Still, centralized or not, the question remains:

Should a platform decide how much “time” a user is allowed to exist and participate?

What do you think?
