Subject: Formal Complaint — Buy Button Redirecting Users to Convert Instead of Spot**

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the change to the Binance app’s Buy button.

Previously, pressing Buy gave direct access to the Spot trading interface, where I could see the order book, compare available prices, and choose how to execute an order. It now redirects directly to Convert, making the Spot order-book option less visible and less accessible.

This is a material downgrade in transparency and user choice. Convert may be convenient for some users, but it should not be imposed as the default route for users who expect direct access to Spot trading, visible market pricing, and order-book information. Redirecting the main Buy action away from the order book creates the impression that users are being steered toward a less transparent execution route.

I am particularly concerned that less-experienced users may not understand the difference between Convert and Spot. They may assume that Convert is the only available way to buy crypto, without being clearly shown the order book, market depth, execution alternatives, or the full pricing differences. This can be confusing and may disadvantage users who have less knowledge of how trading works.

Experienced users commonly prefer Spot because it provides clearer market visibility and more control over order execution. Binance should not make the more transparent trading route harder to access while placing Convert at the front of the user journey.

I request that Binance:

- Restore the previous Buy → Spot behavior; or

- Add a clear setting that allows users to choose Spot as their default Buy destination;

- Make Convert and Spot equally visible and easy to access; and

- Clearly disclose the differences between Convert and Spot, including pricing methodology, spreads, fees, execution method, and available order controls before routing users to Convert.

Please register this as a formal product and service complaint. I request a case reference number, a written explanation for this change, and confirmation of whether its impact on pricing transparency and informed user choice was assessed before implementation.
