$NVDA dropping several hundred million into Cloverleaf. Not a household name yet, but Jensen doesn't throw that kind of cash around for fun.

Cloverleaf builds AI data center infrastructure — the picks and shovels play everyone claims to want but few actually understand. If $NVDA is writing checks this size, they're either:

1) Securing capacity for their own hyperscale buildout
2) Locking in a strategic partner before competitors do
3) Seeing margin pressure and vertically integrating

This isn't a PR investment. This is supply chain control.

Watch the data center REIT space and infrastructure plays. When the chip leader starts buying the infrastructure layer, it usually means demand is about to get stupid.

$DLR $EQIX $AMT could catch a bid if this signals broader capex acceleration. AI infrastructure is still early innings despite the hype.
