The more I explore DeFi, the more I think the quality of a financial market depends on what happens before the yield is earned.

How easy is it to plan a position?
How clearly can you understand the terms?
And how much room do you have to build a strategy around your capital?

These questions are what brought @TermMaxDeFi to my attention.

TermMax is taking a more structured approach to on-chain finance through fixed-rate and fixed-term markets, creating a framework where users can think beyond short-term market movements.

I also find the combination of lending infrastructure, strategic possibilities, and liquidity innovation particularly interesting. It suggests a broader vision: not just another place to put capital, but a financial layer designed to give that capital more defined use cases.

That may sound like a small distinction, but I think it matters.

As DeFi matures, the winners may not always be the protocols promising the most aggressive returns. They could be the ones making complex financial activity easier to understand, plan, and execute.

That’s the direction I’m watching from @TermMaxDeFi.

Better structure could be just as important as better yield.
