Alcista🔥 NEGATIVE FUNDING = SHORT FOMO AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME
After weeks of heavy selling and a 31–36% drawdown, Binance funding has finally flipped negative — the first negative print of the entire correction.
That’s the tell.
Traders ignored every drop, every liquidation, every bleed in open interest…
but now they’re rushing to short exactly when the move is stretched.
And remember: on Binance, “neutral” funding is around +0.01% — so going below zero means pure short dominance.
Historically, this exact setup shows up near the end of corrections:
⚠️ Longs wiped
⚠️ Shorts feeling invincible
⚠️ Price stabilizing while shorts keep stacking
⚠️ Perfect conditions for a squeeze
We might be right at that inflection again.
Shorting late has almost never ended well. 🚀
