Las nuevas normas de criptomonedas de Brasil, vigentes desde
febrero de 2026, exigen que los exchanges existentes y
otros proveedores de activos virtuales inicien el proceso de
autorización SPSAV. Según la Instrucción Normativa
704, las empresas deben presentar la primera fase de
su solicitud antes del 30 de octubre para seguir atendiendo
a sus clientes conforme a las disposiciones transitorias.
