I've always felt that using Bitcoin in DeFi came with too many compromises.
If you wanted liquidity, you usually had to wrap your BTC, bridge it somewhere else, or trust a third party to hold it for you. That never felt like the original vision of Bitcoin.
That's why I found Trustless Bitcoin Vaults (TBV) from @BabylonLabs_io interesting.
Instead of asking us to move away from native Bitcoin, TBV is designed to let us use native BTC as collateral while remaining self-custodial. We keep control of our keys, and there's no need to rely on centralized intermediaries.
One feature that caught my attention is the native Bitcoin-backed borrowing experience with Aave v4 on the public testnet. It shows how Bitcoin can become productive without giving up the properties that make it valuable in the first place.

is $BTC really bottom out..?
A lot of you asked me this question frequently ,
here's my honest opinion according to my experience and Onchain & historical data.
1. no Onchain indicator showing bottom signal but yes we are close to it.
2. if you go through the historical data, btc has never bottomed out in the July month.
3. many so called analyst sidelined 4 year cycle but it's really playing it's role somehow.
4. it might be business or extended or super cycle whatever you can say , it is. because when btc topped out in October 2025, $ETH didn't.
how it's possible when btc was 69k ATH in previous bull cycle and ETH was 4.8K but in 2025 cycle peak ETH was again 4.8K while BTC made 126K.
so definitely there's something wrong happening or we are missing some clues.
i hope you get it bro's. i still believe BTC bottom has to come. but you should not wait for the bottom , please it's my request.
DCA is the best strategy right now, only for BTC and ETH, your average buying will be close to bottom.
