In 2024, we at least understood the following truths:
1.
Do not overestimate the level of a team because of any halo, achievement, or scale. These do not prevent them from being mediocre.
2.
Do not expect the mob to overcome human nature. Respect probability, law, and statistics.
3.
Learn to set thresholds. Do not think that others will be more grateful or that you are great because of your free contribution. In fact, this is more likely to be defined as cheap, and then treated lightly.
4.
People will unconsciously approach the average of the people they often interact with, so increase their interaction rate with high-level people and filter out the acquaintances with poor level.
5.
Respect and use the law, do not try to challenge the law, which includes but is not limited to economics, human nature, and organization.
6.
Reading is not always useful, bad books make people stupid, and choose the books you read carefully.
7.
Respect the reality and awe the objective. "The right thing" is more of a self-pleasing, thinking that you are honest, upright and kind, immersed in the cause and moved by the painful tears, but objectively caused disastrous results.
8.
Escape is not shameful, it can be used to recover blood, prevent breaking defense, and delay decision-making, preventing yourself from acting impulsively.
