According to Foresight News, decentralized data composability protocol Glacier Network has been selected as one of the ten projects for the University of California, Berkeley's 2024 Blockchain Xcelerator. The incubator will collaborate with partners such as Berkeley RDI, Blockchain At Berkeley, Berkeley Engineering, and Berkeley Haas for joint incubation. Glacier Network was previously reported to have been selected for the second phase of the Foresight X accelerator project.

Glacier Network aims to create a composable, modular, and scalable Layer2 data-driven network for large-scale decentralized applications (DApps) and promote the creation of trustless data primitives use cases based on decentralized databases (DDBs).
