Sometimes the most interesting part of a dump isn’t the percentage on the chart, but who is creating the supply.
$POL is around $0.0756 after losing about 3.6% in 24 hours, and the reported 8M
#POL moved toward exchanges is what I’m watching closely. A large transfer doesn’t guarantee selling, but when price keeps weakening afterward, it becomes harder to ignore the possibility of distribution.
What makes this setup unusual is the contrast underneath it. Network fees are reportedly above $1M daily, yet the token is facing heavy short-term pressure. Good network activity clearly doesn’t always translate into immediate token demand.
Technically, POL is stretched. RSI around 12.2 is extremely low, while price is sitting near the lower Bollinger Band. That can create room for a sharp relief move, but it can also stay oversold if fresh supply keeps arriving.
For me, the next clue is not simply whether POL bounces. It’s whether exchange inflows actually cool down.
If the whale selling fades, does the market finally start pricing the underlying network activity?
