📢 Tenho cripto na Binance, preciso declarar no IR? Sim! E te explico como.
💰 Toda pessoa física brasileira que possui criptoativos em corretoras nacionais ou internacionais (como a Binance) deve declarar no Imposto de Renda, mesmo que não tenha vendido.
🧾 Como declarar:
• Acesse o programa da Receita Federal (IRPF).
• Vá até a aba “Bens e Direitos”, grupo 08 - Criptoativos.
• Informe o tipo de cripto (BTC, ETH, etc.), a corretora (Binance), a quantidade e o custo de aquisição (valor pago em reais).
• Mesmo sem venda, deve declarar se o valor de compra ultrapassou R$ 5.000 por ativo.
💸 E quando há venda?
• Se você vendeu mais de R$ 35 mil no mês e teve lucro, precisa pagar imposto.
• Alíquota de 15% sobre o ganho de capital, e deve ser recolhido no mês seguinte via DARF (código 4600).
• Use o GCAP para apurar o lucro e importar para o IR.
⚠️ Ignorar isso pode te colocar na malha fina, além de multas e juros. Mesmo usando uma corretora como a Binance, a responsabilidade é sua.
📌 Dica: Organize um controle mensal das suas operações, compras, vendas e transferências.
