Mình từng nghĩ có một ranh giới rất đơn giản trong P2P: miễn là không rời Binance chat thì vẫn đang ở trong quy trình an toàn.

Một case mình đọc được làm mình phải xem lại điều đó.

Buyer mở một order bình thường. Ngay trong Binance chat, seller nói tài khoản ngân hàng đang bị khóa và gửi một tài khoản thanh toán khác, yêu cầu buyer chuyển tiền sang đó. Không Telegram, không WhatsApp, không cuộc gọi bên ngoài. Toàn bộ chỉ dẫn vẫn nằm trong chat của order.

Nhưng đây là chỗ rất dễ nhầm: chat có thể ghi lại một yêu cầu, nó không tự động biến tài khoản mới đó thành payment information của order.

Quy tắc Appeal hiện tại của Binance nói rằng nếu buyer chuyển tiền tới tài khoản khác với tài khoản được chỉ định trong payment information, Binance không chịu trách nhiệm cho tổn thất phát sinh và việc refund cũng không được bảo đảm.

Vì vậy nếu payment account thay đổi giữa chừng, mình sẽ không nghĩ “seller gửi ngay trong Binance chat thì chắc ổn”. Mình dừng lại và so lại payment details của order trước khi chuyển bất cứ thứ gì. Nếu tiền đã đi sai đường, mình giữ nguyên chat, receipt và Order ID rồi dùng Appeal, thay vì tiếp tục tạo thêm một giao dịch khác để sửa.

Đây là khác biệt mình thấy đáng nhớ:

Chat cho biết hai bên đã nói gì.

Order cho biết tiền được yêu cầu đi đâu.

Ở trong official chat chưa chắc đã đủ nếu payment path đã rời khỏi official order.
