Bitcoin (BTC) on Upbit on November 1
Bitcoin (BTC) edged up 0.15% on Upbit's won market on Sunday, trading at 104,629,000 won as of 13:00 KST (04:00 UTC), measured against the previous day's 09:00 close. COINOTAG's live feed put the dollar spot at $77,774 shortly after that reading, up 0.7% over 24 hours and essentially unmoved, so the asset enters the new week from the same plateau it ended the old one on. The Bitcoin price on the venue's reference pair, in other words, describes consolidation rather than momentum. Ethereum (ETH) fared marginally better with a 0.49% gain to 3,053,000 won, XRP slipped 0.18% to 1,682 won, Solana (SOL) added 0.08% to 128,600 won and Dogecoin (DOGE) printed exactly flat at 102 won, a board of majors that moved no more than half a percent in either direction through the window. The measurement window matters for anyone reconciling the figures: the exchange resets its daily comparison at 09:00, so the 0.15% print covers roughly four hours of Sunday trading rather than a full session. For an asset of this size, a four-hour drift of 0.15% is unremarkable in itself; the turnover table, not the tick, is what the session turned on. Bitcoin's own line reached just 28.2 billion won in 24-hour volume, enough for sixth place on an exchange where the flagship asset usually sits at or near the top of the table, and XRP managed only seventh at 27.2 billion won. The won market as a whole turned over 833.2 billion won across 299 listed tokens in the same window, and the distribution of that sum is where the session's actual story sits.
Altcoins Take the Volume Lead
Altcoins took the volume lead with unusual force. Lisk (LSK) topped 24-hour turnover at 103.5 billion won, more than three times the Bitcoin figure, and did so while shedding 5.45% of its value, a pairing that reads as heavy distribution rather than fresh accumulation. Beam followed at 67.1 billion won, then Tether (USDT) at 42.3 billion won, WET at 39.8 billion won and Powerledger (POWR) at 32.6 billion won; Tether's place in that queue, the only stablecoin among the five largest lines, marks where traders parked value between rotations. The six largest turnover lines outside the majors absorbed roughly a third of the market's total, which makes Bitcoin's modest 28.2 billion won look less like apathy than like funds already committed elsewhere. The loser board overlapped the volume board at several points: WET dropped 6.22%, IRYS 5.73%, Lisk 5.45%, Axis Robotics (AXIS) 4.79% and Cow Protocol (COW) 4.76%, evidence that much of the day's turnover was exit volume. The upside belonged to a different slice of the volatile altcoin tail. Powerledger surged 27.91% to 96.7 won, the steepest climb of the day and one strong enough to carry it into fifth place in turnover, a combination of peak gain and heavy flow that points to momentum chasing. Gravity (G) rose 14.92% to 5.16 won and Steem 6.79% to 70.8 won, while Polymesh (POLYX) added 5.64% to 46.8 won and Civic (CVC) 4.82% to 32.6 won. Breadth ended nearly even at 132 gainers against 127 losers, yet the money sat with the market's tail, not its majors. Readers outside Korea can take the won figures at face value: the kimchi premium on Korean venues has averaged 0.97%, so local prices track the dollar market closely and the real divergence lies in which tokens won-market traders rotate through, a pattern Sunday's board illustrated in full.
Fear at 34, Resistance at $78,041
The composite behind our levels maps resistance at $78,041, scored 98 out of 100, over support at $74,842, scored 92; spot at $77,774 sits in a short-term downtrend with RSI at 36.42 and a bearish MACD signal. Perp funding runs at 0.0033% and open interest at $16.0 billion, the Fear & Greed Index reads 34, and last week's $48.7 million wipeout across crypto derivatives has not repeated. A session that piles 103.5 billion won into one mid-cap while the core asset drifts reads as whale positioning, settling nothing in the Bitcoin maximalism debate or for HODL holders. Absent an ETF flow shock, the range holds until a close above the 98-point ceiling or a break of the 92-point floor, either of which would end the consolidation that followed last week's 5.8% weekly decline to a $77,331 close; the full map sits in our Bitcoin technical analysis.
