#Zama acquires #TokenOps , a token lifecycle management platform for #Web3 projects. Through the acquisition, TokenOps integrates Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) into the entire token lifecycle via the ERC-7984 confidential token standard. Issuers can now manage vesting, airdrops, and distributions with encrypted onchain allocations, release schedules, and recipient identities.
Following the acquisition, TokenOps will continue operating independently, with its confidential token lifecycle solutions available to issuers across all chains. The platform also plans to expand from distribution tools into full recipient portfolio management over time.
