Bitcoin and Ethereum are rebounding. What should you do next?
According to Binance data, $BTC hit a high near 82,640 today, a low of 81,939, and is now around 82,400. $ETH peaked at roughly 2,468, dipped to 2,423, and is now around 2,450. Yesterday’s lows were about 79,775 for BTC and 2,317 for ETH. This is a recovery bounce from those levels; a reversal has not yet been confirmed.
The 80K level has held, and the rebound was quick, so support is in place. Ethereum is lagging and is still holding above 2,400. The heavy trading zone is between 81,000 and 82,000; it needs to hold above this range to move higher. Resistance levels to watch are 82,800, 83,500, and 84,300. Support levels are 81,900, 80,200, and 79,000, with stronger support near 78,000.
For short-term trades, you can try a small long position, but don’t go in too heavily. If the 4-hour or daily candle closes above 82,800, keep holding and target 83,500. Add to your position if it retests 81,900 and holds. Exit if it breaks below 80,200—don’t ride it down. Altcoins are more volatile, so watch Bitcoin’s direction first and don’t chase the price. Not investment advice; do your own research. #BTC走势分析 #ETH #PPI数据
$牛来 A few days ago I was still shorting Niulai; today I went long. Niulai 0.08 $龙虾 Lobster 0.04—it’s done falling and is moving sideways here. Stocks that have already been in play will move first when the wind picks up. Take a small profit and leave; treat the rest like lottery tickets. Not investment advice. $牛来 Don't get greedy. Don't get greedy. Don't get greedy. Take your profits and get out.
A lot of people don't lose because they picked the wrong direction; they lose because they wanted to make just a little more. A shitcoin goes up 50%, and you wait for it to double. It doubles, and you wait for it to triple. Then comes the needle—and your profits are gone, along with your principal.
Taking a little profit and walking away may look foolish. What's really foolish is betting money you've already made all over again. The numbers on your screen aren't yours until you withdraw them to your bank account.
That's my rule. If I'm in profit, I take some off the table first and treat the rest like a lottery ticket. If it goes to zero, so be it—my principal is safe. Leave “thinking big” to people with an information advantage. For retail traders, holding out for more just provides liquidity to the market makers.
Don't get greedy. Don't get greedy. Don't get greedy.
With shitcoins, only the profits you take are really yours. That string of numbers on your screen can disappear with one candle tomorrow. Lobster can swing several times over in a day; even when the bull comes, it can drop 30% in seven days. You think you can hold on, but the market makers don't see it that way. A lot of people know they should sell—they're just afraid it'll keep going up after they do. Then they watch their profits go from 100% to 50%, then back to break-even, and finally into a loss. Those two words, “don't get greedy,” have hurt more people than losses ever have. My approach is simple: once you've made enough to feel happy, withdraw it first. Do whatever you want with the rest of your position; if it goes to zero, it won't hurt. When your principal is in your bank account, you can keep a level head. When it's still on the exchange, you're just providing liquidity for someone else. #龙虾 #牛来 #icp
BTC 83950, 164 million liquidated in 24 hours, with shorts accounting for 115 million. ETH 2547, and the funding rate is still around 0.002%. The community is still shouting about the BTC and ETH bull-market ecosystem narrative. Prices bounced from 80,000 to 84,000, and the Fear and Greed Index surged to 69, but spot ETFs saw net outflows of 679 million this week. Spot isn’t following; the price has been pushed up entirely by short covering. Funding rates aren’t overheated. #meme has already cooled off. Bull Is Coming is hovering around 0.07; cooling off isn’t a buildup—it means there’s nobody left to buy. Just short meme coins. #BTC #ETH #中文币
$牛来 , the bulls are coming at 0.0777. Open interest is 29.21 million, 24-hour futures volume is 22.96 million, and liquidations are only a little over 2,000. There’s just one contradiction. The market cap is 77.8 million, futures volume is still below the market cap, and spot volume is only 4.28 million. The price has ground down from 0.0805 to 0.0767, giving back a little over half from its September high of 0.162. It’s already down 40% over 30 days. With volume this thin and liquidations barely visible, this is a slow bleed, not a shakeout. The project team is still shouting its pun, while retail traders see 0.077 as a level that hasn’t been fully dumped yet and think they can buy the dip. A tight range doesn’t mean holders are reluctant to sell; it means neither bulls nor bears are willing to be the first to bring in volume. Open interest is still hovering around 29 million: longs are sitting through the funding fees, while shorts are collecting red candles. I’m staying short.
$牛来 0.0729, open interest at 28.43 million. Funding is still positive at +0.005%/4h, so longs keep paying shorts. The price has ground down from 0.075 yesterday to 0.072. 24-hour volume is only 35 million, less than the market cap, and liquidations are barely visible. It’s only retraced a little over half from the September high of 0.162. Down 14% over 7 days—this is a slow bleed, not a shakeout. Neither side is willing to be the first to put up volume. Funding positive, price drifting down—the longs are having to sit it out. As long as those big accounts on the plaza keep shouting “Buy the dip. Dividends. Good symbolism,” I’ll keep shorting.
$龙虾 has a market cap of 41.75 million, while contract volume is nearly six times that. Intraday, it climbed from 0.0366 to 0.0545 before getting slammed back to 0.042, with only 640,000 in liquidations. With volume this heavy, the price has already fallen 86% from its September high of 0.30. It gets churned relentlessly, but the market still won’t show its hand. #牛来 At 0.073, its market cap is about 73 million. Over the past 24 hours, it’s only moved between 0.069 and 0.077. Contract trading volume is about 39 million, still below its market cap, and open interest is 29.57 million. It’s only down 50% from its September high of 0.162, but it’s fallen 26% in seven days—a slow bleed, not a shakeout. The project team is still keeping it alive with homophone puns, while retail traders mistake the narrow range for a sign that the sell-off isn’t over and that they can keep holding. A narrow range doesn’t mean holders are reluctant to sell; it means neither bulls nor bears are willing to make the first move with size.
Lobster uses trading volume to wear people down; Bull Lai wears them down by going nowhere. Two different tactics, the same pool of floating supply.
$牛来 I'm bearish on Niulai. It's not that I don't like it—it's that too many people do. It's at 0.073 now, with a market cap of around 70 million. Today's rebound was less than 4%. That's not a bottom, just a breather. It's fallen nearly 30% in seven days and a little over 30% in a month. The September high was 0.16, so it's still down by more than half. It's been hovering around 0.07 all day, with volume, but the price can't recover. Looks like all the cards have been played. Futures are live, spot trading is live, and QQQB has also said it's launching. The first round was supposed to be in early October, but they're still taking monthly snapshots. You have to earn 10,000 tokens in a day for it to count; it's not a one-and-done distribution. The rewards are still up, but the token hasn't followed through. Good news often turns into bad news once it's out. People waiting for the airdrop aren't here to hold—they'll leave as soon as the snapshot is taken. The group chat is still saying that being cut in half means it's cheap, and that getting stock tokens will prop it up. When everyone thinks that way, the people above them get the perfect chance to sell. If it can't get back above 0.10, every rebound is just a chance for trapped holders to break even. That's just how I see it. Seven cents isn't the bottom; it's just halfway there. If you're shorting, wait for a low-volume rebound—don't chase it halfway down. If Bitcoin really breaks its previous high one day, close this short first. Not investment advice. Do your own research. #牛来 #币安广场征文活动
With Lobster, the swings have gotten so extreme that you can’t treat it like a spot holding. It’s a little over four cents now, with a market cap around $40 million, and it’s down roughly 40% again in the past 24 hours. The intraday high was over seven cents; the low dipped below four cents. And that’s not even the worst of it. On October 1, it surged from 3.6 cents to 11 cents; on the 2nd, it crashed from $0.10 to $0.026. That’s several-fold swings within a single day. On the 6th, it bounced again from $0.045 to nearly $0.08, then gave it all back on the 7th and 8th. It doesn’t look like it’s fallen much over seven days because the moves in between offset each other. Break it down, and it’s just wild swings up and down. It’s down about 70% over 14 days. The high around September 21 was near $0.30; it’s now still more than 80% below that. Trading volume is often higher than the market cap, and turnover is extremely fast—that suggests people aren’t holding; they’re trading back and forth, taking each other’s money. With a chart like this, a rally looks like it’s about to make a new high, and a drop looks like it’s headed to zero. Holding a leveraged position overnight, one wick is enough to wipe out your margin. I treat it as a volatility machine and ignore the narrative. If you trade it, keep it short-term, and before you enter, ask yourself whether you can stomach a 40% crash. If not, stay away. Not investment advice. Do your own research. #龙虾 #中文meme币龙头
$SPCX This rally isn’t because another rocket took off; the market is buying it as space-based computing power. It rose about 7% on October 2, then added more on the 5th and 6th, gaining roughly 13% over those two days. SPCXB on Binance climbed from around 149 to 176. On the 7th, it pulled back 2.5% to close at 167.6. It’s still up over the week, but some gains are already being given back. There are three reasons behind the rise. First, on October 1, Google and Planet’s Project Suncatcher prototype satellite launched aboard a Falcon 9, carrying four Google TPUs. Google said that day that the satellite was operating normally in orbit. A paper published the same day estimated that building data centers in space over the next decade would require around 1,800 Starship launches. Second, September’s weaker-than-expected jobs report eased rate-hike worries a little, benefiting high-valuation growth stocks first. Third, Morgan Stanley reiterated its Overweight rating and $300 price target, saying that after adjusting for growth, the company is 40% cheaper than major AI companies. This wasn’t a new target-price increase; it was a restatement of the old one. Goldman Sachs raised its target to $230 this week, based on the same story. The short case is simple too. Its market cap is just over $2 trillion, it’s still losing money, its P/E is negative, and its price-to-book ratio is 17. Analyst price targets range from $173 to $300—a spread of nearly twofold—which shows there’s no consensus, just a narrative. The company is also seeking around $40 billion in loans and bonds to buy Nvidia chips. Its financing needs have already been substantial over the past few months; the more debt it takes on, the sooner credit markets may get nervous. September’s share lockup expirations are still ongoing, with more scheduled through December. The stock is still more than 20% below its June high of $225, but this rally took place over just a few days, and some investors were already taking profits on the 7th.
$牛来 Around 0.07, with a market cap of 70 million. It got dumped nearly 10% again in the past 24 hours, and is down roughly 30% over seven days. Its September high was 0.16u, with a market cap of around 160 million. Now it’s lost more than half its value. It was still around 0.1u on October 2, but it’s been sliding for several days straight. This token doesn’t have a narrative of its own anymore. Futures listing, spot listing, fractional stock tokens—it’s played all its cards. Whether it goes up from here depends on whether BTC gets a tailwind. If BTC breaks to a new high and risk appetite picks up, Chinese meme coins like this one, which already have an established market and futures, will move first. When the bull run comes, they’ll get a leg up too. If BTC can’t break out and instead moves sideways or pulls back, then this one will see a major correction and shakeout. 0.07 isn’t necessarily the bottom; people who are underwater will be shaken out first. This is how I’m approaching it. If BTC doesn’t break its previous high, I won’t add. If it does, I’ll check the volume and won’t chase the first candle. If it doesn’t break out, I’ll assume it’s still shaking out holders. Don’t mistake “it’s already halved” for “it’s cheap.” Not investment advice. Failed to break $87K three times. Bitcoin has been hovering between $85K and $86K these past few days. It tried to break $87K three times, and was sold off each time. The move on October 6 was even sharper: it dropped nearly $2,000 in 20 minutes, with about $394 million liquidated in an hour—$384 million of that was long positions. There was another wave this morning: roughly $370 million liquidated across the market in an hour, including $136 million in ETH and $102 million in BTC. Spot hasn’t collapsed; leverage is what’s getting wiped out. Tonight is when things could get really volatile. The Fed’s September meeting minutes come out at 2 a.m. Beijing time on Thursday. In September, the Fed unanimously raised rates by 25 basis points, to 3.75%–4%. San Francisco Fed President Daly said again today that if AI, tariffs, and energy pressures all pile up, rates may need to go higher still. There’s also a 10-year Treasury auction at 1 a.m. If $87K doesn’t give way and the minutes sound hawkish again, anyone still holding uncleared longs could get hit once more. #BTC财库优先股融资升温 #美联储与欧洲央行将公布9月会议纪要 #BTC #ETH🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 After touching $2,500, it oscillated. Hot searches are saying BTC ETF inflows are back, but the numbers are actually quite awkward. Last week, only $83 million came in; the week before was $239 million. It shrank by nearly 30x—so is this really “inflows returning”? Most of the money basically went into BlackRock’s IBIT, and Fidelity’s FBTC is still seeing outflows. ETH is even more direct: in the past three weeks, two have been net outflow weeks. The selling pressure is outside. The Fed and the ECB both raised rates in September, and the minutes come out this week. The probability of another rate hike in October has already been pushed down to just over 20%. And any additional move at year-end is still hanging there. September’s nonfarm payrolls only rose by 29,000, and the unemployment rate is 4.2%. They’re talking tough, but the data is already softening. The Strait of Hormuz hasn’t closed yet; Gulf exports are only about 60%–80% of normal. OPEC+ has kept November production levels unchanged, and Brent is still hovering around 100. Ships can’t pass, so “increasing production” is just a paper figure. U.S. Treasury yields are still trending upward, and liquidity is thinking about loosening—but not soon. The macro picture hasn’t turned yet, and this level of inflow can’t support a trend. When the minutes come out, do you cut your position first—or wait to buy the dip?
$牛来 Bull didn’t explode this week—it’s been a slow bleed down. Now it’s just above 80 cents; the market cap is a bit over 80 million, and in the last 24 hours it’s barely moved. It closed around 1 cent on October 1, dropped about 15% on the 2nd, then kept grinding down a bit more on the 3rd, to below 80 cents. On the 4th and 5th it just stayed range-bound here. Over seven days it fell about 20%. On September 13, the peak was 1.6 cents, with a market cap around 160 million; now it’s down to about half. It’s not a single spike—it’s a continuous sequence of bearish candles. Those who left early have already exited. For example, someone bought 10,260,000,000 tokens with an address on August 17 at 2.9 cents; their cost was under 300k USDT. They held for 44 days, and on September 29 they transferred everything to Binance. At that time the value was 1.18 million, and the unrealized profit peaked at 1.36 million. After deals like this are completed, most of what’s left is either waiting for QQQB, or still thinking it can rebound after going sideways. On September 28, the airdrop news came out. That day it only pumped about 8%, and the market cap briefly touched 105 million, but it never got picked up afterward. After the futures listing, the spot listing, and the stock-token listings—three rounds of plays—the chart still ended up stuck at around 80 cents. It looks like no incremental demand is coming. So it comes down to how the dog-poor market makers wash and churn things next. Not investment advice—watch the chart yourself. #Bull #币安广场征文活动
$龙虾 Yesterday that move is a textbook “low-quality dog” stock chart—nothing new in terms of narrative.
No. 1 surged from around four fen in one go to one mao; its market cap even touched 110 million. In the group, people are already calling for a second leg. No. 2 then directly broke through—coming down from the high by more than 70%, the low even tapped around 2.5 fen, and the market cap slid back to a bit over 30 million.
Today it popped up another chunk. Right now it’s around just over 4 fen, with a market cap in the 40-plus million range. Compared to the peak near the 3 mao area on September 21, it’s still short by roughly 80%.
Watching is more crowded than getting in. There are people who posted that from Gate they got out 3.55 million units, averaging 0.085 per unit. Within less than a day, it got shoved back down to about 0.028. 200,000 USDT is gone.
When you were rallying, you felt like you were early. When it was dumping, you realized you were just liquidity.
The turnover is indeed huge. In the past couple of days, the volume has been enough to multiply the market cap several times. The chips are moving—not a dead board. But a low-quality dog stock’s bounce is not the same as the main advance. After the needle has been jabbed, it doesn’t mean the operator wants to raise and run another round.
The market cap has been cut in half from 200 million, then cut in half again—yet the story is still there, and the money might not be.
I’ll just say one thing: this kind of coin is only suitable for taking one shot and moving to another place. Don’t use a spot-trading mindset to hold through this kind of volatility. What you ate yesterday treat it like a lottery ticket; if you didn’t get any, don’t regret it.
