#GPSonBinance $GPS Today marks one of the worst days I have ever seen in my crypto journey. As an investor, day-trader, scalper, LLM-quant and most importantly hedge funds manager, barring $TRB manipulation short-squeeze a year ago, on new year's eve, as well as $IP that liquidated retail traders even on 2x leverage in the recent days, nothing has disappointed me more than extreme speculative move of GPS today. Retail traders who were long on GPS even with proper risk-management either lost a lot or got liquidated even on 3x and some on 2x leverage (hedge spot)! It boggles my mind how can such coins be listed on Binance, disturbing the entire trading experience for retail traders with small accounts. I have attached a chart below of GPS showing the parallel channel breakout, liquidating longs when it broke above and also massive down move of -70% within a few hours. What most traders missed was what I like the most; trading divergences. As you can see in the graph below, there was divergence not only on MACD but as also very powerful channel breakout and RSI divergence. WHAT TO DO NOW? $GPS is still in price discovery mode; RSI on 4H is clocking in at 18, extremely close to 15, implying extremely oversold. If you wish to trade, expect a 30% move up (proper risk management). SETUP: Divide position size in 5 part, as an example, if you plan for a 5x trade with $100 margin, set limit orders as follows: : Leverage 1x, Cross Hedge You can increase or decrease leverage and add margin at any time to scale up but start small as GPS is very volatile. Limit orders: 0.0621; $20 0.0597, $20 0.0567, $20 0.0543, $20 0.0509, $20 : Obviously, these values are just an example for a $100 trade; set margin accordingly depending upon your Futures balance and potential RR. : Let the trade run. Only when it dips, increase the leverage to 2x, and start DCAing your trade so your average entry price is close to the market price. : Wait for a few days for the trade to run, target 100% ROI.
