Billionaire Says: Don’t Buy a House… Rent and Put Your Money in Bitcoin! 🏠₿
The Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas believes a house is for living, while Bitcoin is an asset that can grow over time.
His idea is simple: instead of freezing your capital by buying a home, rent and invest that capital in Bitcoin.
But after 10 years… who will have made the better choice? 👀 🏠 Who bought the house? ₿ Or who rented and chose Bitcoin?
⚠️ The idea reflects Salinas’s opinion and is not investment advice. Investing in Bitcoin is high-risk, and buying a home involves different financial and personal considerations.
📊 A massive wall of buyers waiting for Bitcoin at $75,000 👀
The Order Book shows a strong concentration of buy orders around $75K, but what’s interesting is that the liquidity below this level starts to retreat quickly.
If the bids hold, $75K could become an important support level for price. But if the level is broken and the buyers’ wall disappears, the market may start searching for deeper liquidity, with clearer clusters appearing near $55K–$60K.
But remember: Order Book orders can be added or pulled at any moment.
💭 Will $75K hold, or will we see a test of lower zones?

🏦 Is competition between TradFi and DeFi turning into a merger?
For years, traditional finance and decentralized finance have been presented as competing worlds… but the picture began to change.
Bonds, funds, credit, and even equities are gradually finding their way onto the blockchain through Tokenization.
📊 And the numbers reflect the scale of the shift: the active tokenized Real World Assets (RWA) market grew from around $4.1B at the start of 2025 to $25.2B in March 2026.
Institutions are no longer viewing blockchain only as a marketplace for buying crypto assets, but as a potential infrastructure for financial markets.
Perhaps the question is no longer:
TradFi or DeFi?
But 👀 what will the financial system look like when the two meet?
🤖 What if AI became able to own money and spend it on its own?
AI Agents are evolving from simple tools that answer questions into programs that can carry out real tasks, and this is where the concept of an AI Agent OS appears.
Imagine an Agent that can: 💳 Own a Wallet 💵 Pay for an API or service 🤝 Interact with another Agent ⛓️ Execute on-chain transactions 🧠 Take multiple steps within limits set by the user
And in 2026, we already started to see infrastructure for wallets and payments designed for agents, including payments with Stablecoins.
Maybe the next phase of Crypto won’t be only Human → Human, but also Machine → Machine.

🚨 Nearly $4 billion flows into crypto funds in 8 sessions! 🏦₿
Flows into the U.S. funds $BTC and $ETH continue for the eighth day in a row.
Only during the August 26 session:
₿ Bitcoin funds: +$232.2 million ◆ Ethereum funds: +$192.4 million
And over the last 8 sessions, the total reached approximately:
💰 $2.8 billion for Bitcoin ETFs 💰 $1.18 billion for Ethereum ETFs
Which is roughly $4 billion in inflows despite $BTC hovering near 79K and the difficulty of holding above 80K.
📊 The flows reflect ongoing demand across regulated investment products, but they alone do not guarantee the continuation of the rally—especially as markets look ahead to potential Federal Reserve signals from Jackson Hole.
🎥 Today I’ll post a video explaining the latest economic developments and their possible impact on the crypto market.

#dusk $DUSK @Dusk 🚀 Can stock exchanges themselves become part of blockchain?
This is one of the trends that @Dusk is aiming for by building a financial infrastructure that enables the direct issuance, trading, and settlement of assets on-chain.
The idea here goes beyond merely converting a traditional asset into a Token 👀
🏦 The goal is for stages like issuance, trading, and settlement to become more tightly integrated on the blockchain—while taking into account the regulatory requirements of financial markets.
Here’s one use case that the $DUSK system is trying to build: financial markets that are On-chain from the ground up, not just digital replicas of today’s markets.
💭 Do you think future exchanges will increasingly rely on blockchain in their back-end infrastructure?

After a period of expansion and adding new networks, @phantom has now decided to remove the @SuiNetwork network from the wallet this time.
📅 As of September 24, Sui support will no longer be available via Phantom. Therefore, anyone who relies on it to manage assets on the network will need to use another wallet compatible with Sui.
What’s notable here isn’t just a network leaving the wallet, but that the decision comes from Phantom, which has gradually shifted from a Solana-focused wallet to a multi-network platform.
👀 Question: What makes a major wallet decide that the cost of supporting a particular network is no longer worth continuing?

#dusk $DUSK @Dusk 🚀 What if Dusk could take advantage of the Ethereum ecosystem without giving up its own architecture?
Dusk runs on DuskEVM, an Ethereum-compatible environment, allowing developers to use the tools and contracts they already know within the Dusk ecosystem.
💡 The idea here is to make it easier for more developers and applications to join, instead of requiring them to learn an entirely new environment from scratch.
For $DUSK , expanding applications and the actual usage of the network will be among the most important things worth following as this technology evolves.
💭 In your opinion, has compatibility with Ethereum become a key factor for the success of new blockchain networks?

#BTCReaches$80000 🚨 Bitcoin breaks above $80,000… but the real test starts now! ₿🔥
After a strong run from near $64K to $80K, $BTC successfully broke through the important psychological barrier before slipping back to trade around it.
Notably, the move wasn’t only driven by short liquidations:
💰 About $1.92 billion in inflows into Bitcoin ETF funds last week 🏦 Of that, nearly $1.33 billion went to BlackRock IBIT 🔥 More than $220 million in short positions were liquidated within 24 hours 💵 A weaker dollar and some decline in bond yields also supported the momentum
📊 Now, $80K is the battleground.
Holding above it with continued immediate demand could give the breakout more strength, while a move back below it means the market may need to retest support zones and build fresh momentum.
👀 The question now: Will Bitcoin turn $80K from resistance into support… or was it just a liquidity pull before the correction?

Binance vs Bybit? Which has lower trading fees in the UAE in 2026?
If you execute trades every so often, a small difference in fees might not catch your attention But when your trading volume becomes 100,000 dirhams or more, those small numbers start to mean something different. That’s why I wanted to compare Binance and Bybit from one clear angle: If you were a regular user in the UAE in 2026, which one would cost me less in trading fees?
