Gemini stated in a statement: 'Given Solana's recent strong growth momentum and the active community built around it as a top developer ecosystem, launching the Solana version of the Gemini credit card is a natural progression.'
This is not the first time Gemini has issued a co-branded card for a specific cryptocurrency ecosystem. Earlier this year, the company launched the 'XRP Version' credit card, and there is also a Bitcoin-themed version available.
