When crypto falls, it’s not your portfolio that’s tested — it’s you.
The hardest part in crypto is not seeing −30%. The hardest part is not hitting “Sell” when everyone around you is saying the market is over. And vice versa: when a coin does +30% in a day, it’s very easy to believe it will only go up from here. I understood one simple thing: the market constantly tests your emotions.
New futures on Binance — is it already a casino? 🎰
I looked at the new pairs today and was a bit surprised. One token over 24 hours shows +26.87%, and another — almost −48%. And here, I definitely wouldn’t chase the green candle. On new futures, liquidity and volatility can be completely insane. What looks like a light +20% in the morning can turn into -40% by the evening.
If I had to choose only 3 DeFi coins, I would highlight MORPHO, JTO, and PENDLE.
MORPHO — my favorite. A strong project in lending, solid infrastructure, and, in my opinion, one of the most interesting options for the next DeFi cycle. Potential: 5–15×. JTO — a bet on Solana. If the Solana ecosystem continues to grow, Jito could attract even more liquidity and attention. Potential: 4–10×.
Coin +30% in a day. You look at the chart and think: “If I don’t buy now, I’ll miss the growth.” You buy. In a few hours, the price retraces by 15%. The problem wasn’t the coin. You just bought without following your own strategy—out of fear of missing the move. My simple test before buying: If I don’t buy this coin today—will I consider it a good investment tomorrow?
If I were starting a crypto portfolio from scratch — the first 3 things would be like this
❌ I wouldn’t look for a x100 coin right away. ❌ I wouldn’t buy a token just because it’s down 80%. ❌ I wouldn’t risk all the capital in a single trade. First, I would define: 1. Horizon — why I invest and for what timeframe. 2. Risk — how much capital I’m willing to lose without panic. 3. Strategy — what I buy, when I buy it, and under what conditions I sell.
If I only had $100 for crypto — here’s what I would do
If today someone gave me only $100 to invest in cryptocurrency, I wouldn’t try to find the next coin that would do a 100x. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest mistakes made by beginner investors. When you have a small amount of capital, you feel like turning $100 into $1,000 as quickly as possible. So the person starts looking for the cheapest tokens, low market caps, and projects with loud promises.
In my opinion, the main advantage of bStocks is not just the ability to buy a tokenized stock, but the combination of the stock market with crypto infrastructure. For example, $TSLAB can be traded 24/7, and the bStocks model itself provides 1:1 backing with real shares. It’s interesting how quickly this format will become familiar to investors. @BinanceCIS #bStocksCIS
