zk-SNARK stands for Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge. The name sounds complex, but the core idea is simple: A technology that allows you to prove you know a secret without revealing the secret itself. Example Imagine you have a password. Normally, you would enter the password to log in. With zk-SNARKs, you can: Keep the password hidden Prove that the password is correct Convince the system without revealing the password How is it used in Zcash? In a typical blockchain, everyone can see: Who sent the transaction Who received it How much was sent With Zcash's zk-SNARKs, you can hide: The sender The receiver The transaction amount At the same time, the network can still verify that: The coins are valid No double-spending has occurred Simple Analogy Imagine you have a key. I ask: "Can this key open the room?" Using zk-SNARKs: You do not show me the key You go into the room and come back out That proves you have the correct key without revealing it. Why is it Important? Bitcoin introduced the concept of a decentralized blockchain. Zcash advanced the idea by introducing: A blockchain with strong privacy protections. Formula Secret Data ↓ Elliptic Curves ↓ Proof Generator ↓ zk-SNARK Proof ↓ Pairing Verification ↓ Valid / Invalid Because of this, many people in the cryptography community consider zk-SNARKs one of the most significant innovations in blockchain technology after Bitcoin itself. In short: zk-SNARK = Prove it without revealing it. 🔐
Block Speed Ethereum produces a new block approximately every 12 seconds. Zcash produces a new block approximately every 75 seconds. Blocks per Hour Ethereum: ~300 blocks/hour Zcash: ~48 blocks/hour Technical Perspective If you look at block speed alone, Ethereum is significantly faster than Zcash. However, Zcash was not primarily designed for speed. Its main focus is privacy, using advanced cryptography such as zk-SNARKs to protect transaction details. Ethereum, on the other hand, was designed as a platform for: Smart Contracts Decentralized Finance (DeFi) Decentralized Applications (dApps) Layer 2 Scaling Solutions Simple Analogy Ethereum (ETH) = A Blockchain Computer Zcash (ZEC) = Private Digital Cash Among blockchain enthusiasts and cryptography researchers, Zcash is well known for pioneering zk-SNARK technology, which later influenced many privacy and zero-knowledge projects within the Ethereum ecosystem. Ethereum remains the largest smart contract ecosystem, while Zcash specializes in private and confidential transactions.
Back in 2019, before $Core Coin even existed, did you notice how cloud mining platforms started appearing everywhere?
Whenever a coin becomes popular, cloud mining scams tend to follow.
The basic idea is simple: you pay to "mine" a coin, but there's no guarantee you'll actually receive anything. You might get rewards, or you might get nothing at all.
Instead of putting money into questionable cloud mining schemes, you might as well buy a lottery ticket — at least you know exactly what you're getting into.
If you're genuinely interested in mining, visit the official website of the coin you're interested in and learn how mining actually works from reliable sources.
Stay safe and protect yourself from scammers.🛑$BTC $LTC $ZEC
Real Crypto vs. Scams Back around June 2025, in the Telegram airdrop space, I had the chance to buy a lot of a coin called "$PENGUIN " for just about $1. At the time, I brushed it off, thinking it was just another typical crypto scam website. Even when I considered buying it, I eventually decided against it because of the Solana network fees (around $3) and the extra effort involved. But man, do I regret it now. If I had spent just $1 back then, by February 2026, it would have been worth a staggering $500,000—which is about 26,000 Lakhs in Myanmar Kyat. Even if I sold it right now, I’d still be walking away with around $5,000. So, if you don’t want to end up with regrets like me, I suggest you do your own research, invest wisely, and keep track of your data in your notes. Good luck to everyone in the crypto world!
