Why does my balance gradually shrink even though my position hasn't changed?
Binance funding rates consist of two parts: the premium index and the interest rate. The further the contract price is above or below the price index, the more the rate usually deviates from the baseline.
Key point: Before comparing the rates of two contracts, first check their settlement intervals. With the same rate, more frequent settlements add up to more.
